The Cleveland KDT-12-T direct steam tilting 12 gallon tabletop full steam jacketed kettle connects directly to your existing steam source to quickly cook up batches of soups, stews, gravies, pasta, and more right on your tabletop! Its lever-controlled tilting mechanism smoothly pivots the kettle for easy pouring of products while its large capacity pouring lip accommodates even chunky foods.
This Cleveland 12 gallon tilting steam jacketed kettle heats evenly from all sides, eliminating hot spots and yielding consistently ideal results. A 50 PSI rating, higher than many standard kettles, improves efficiency and performance.
The Cleveland KDT-12-T direct steam tilting 12 gallon tabletop steam jacketed kettle requires a 1/2" IPS steam connection.
