Description
The Equipex FC-60/1 half-size convection oven comes with four 13-inch-by-18-inch wire shelves that hold four half-size sheet pans. A convection pattern is created by the heater assembly and rear fan, evenly heating the cabinet. Air flow in the oven provides quick, uniform heating at temperatures as high as 570 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can easily track the cooking progress with the 120-minute timer. When opening the door, staff members are protected from burns by its cool-to-the-touch exterior. Constructed of stainless steel, the interior and exterior of the Equipex FC-60/1 half-size convection oven are durable and easy to clean.
