Groen 18 Gallon Steam Jacketed Kettle

Groen Kettle. Inside of the kettle is marked. It measures up to 18 gallons, but I’m assuming this is considered a 20 gallon unit. The bottom outside bottom half isn't stainless and does have rust on the bottom half where it seems like it was painted before and the paint is peeling off. See picture.  Inside of kettle is all stainless though. Comes as shown. Jacket not tested. It’s been sitting inside my shed for the last 6 years.
NO LID.
Draw off valve is not included. Never had one on there from when we got it.
