The Skull is hand cast 1 at a time and made of a solid cold cast resin in a bone (ivory) color.
Each Knob is antiqued by hand, making each it's own One of a Kind master piece...
Each skull is unique in it's casting.  Some have different degrees of tooth decay.
Some skulls show signs of head trauma, with skull fractures, even an occasional bullet hole....
But
