Descriptions from manufacture:
The Steam Table Timer is a 21 channel timer with up to 24 pre-determined product hold (front line) times. Each timer button is dedicated with to two products, one for breakfast (top half) and one for lunch/dinner (bottom half). Each button represents a 1/6 pan location. A 1/3 pan requires two timer button locations. Most store will use 18 or less of these buttons leaving several spare buttons for other users. Other stores will utilize all 21 buttons.
It never been used, Please check the pics to see condition the unit.
