    High Quality SAECO TRU SPEED Gun Powder Measure

    Heavy duty measuring tool mounted securely on a heavy wood base with thick felt bottom
    Good condition - what you see is what you will receive.  I have no other knowledge about this tool.  The screw in hopper and lid are missing - not sure about anything else.
