This is a darling little 8" vinyl Betsy McCall made by Robert Tonner wearing the limited outfit called, "Vienna Waltz." The outfit was a limited edition by Collector's United at their Nashville convention in 2000. The outfit is just charming! The doll has shoes and socks, she does not appear to have panties. No box, however, this is a rare minty outfit and a darling, minty doll!
