This Vollrath steam table adapter plate converts a standard well into a holder for 2 bain maries or inserts. Each opening holds an 8 3/8 inch diameter container. This steam table adapter plate is designed to have a tight seal to reduce energy consumption. The well cover is made from durable 18/8 stainless with mirror finish. Bain maries, insert pans and lids are available at The Hubert Company.
The two-hole cover has 8 3/8 inch openings to hold bain maries or inserts.
This steam table adapter plate is made from food grade stainless steel and the mirror finish is easily cleaned.
Cover seals tightly over the hot water well to retain maximum heat.
