The steamer is made of stainless steel construction with heavy duty doors, hinges and latches for long-lasting performance. The electic model, Vulcan C24-EA6BSC is shipped 208V three phase and can be field converted to 208V single phase or 240V three phase. This style uses 17,200 watts. The gas version, Vulcan C24-GA6BSC has a 125,000 BTU steam generator. The gas steamer is available in natural or LP gas, and requires a 120V connection. This Vulcan C24 Series has two compartments. Each compartment holds (3) full-size pans. This Vulcan C24 Series, a steaming model has a generator with staged water fill and timed drain. This feature allows water to continue boiling.
