Description

The Vulcan C24ET10 is a two compartment convection steamer on a cabinet base available in electric or gas. The steamer is made with a stainless steel exterior and also freatures heavy duty doors and door latch mechanisms for long-lasting performance. Electric version is shipped 208V three phase and is field convertable to 208 single phase or 240 three phase. 25,600 watts. The gas version is available in LP or Natural Gas and requires a 120V connection. Gas version also has a 125,000 BTU steam generator. The two separate compartments each holds (5) full-size pans to allow operators to quickly prepare a plethora of foods. Steaming model has a generator with staged water fill and timed drain to allow water to continue boiling. Independent 60 minute manual timers and cooking controls for each cabinet.
